On Call for Change Member Representation & Conduct Clause

As a member of On Call for Change (OCC), you are joining a professional network dedicated to advancing maternal health advocacy and systemic change. To protect the reputation and credibility of the association, all members agree to the following:

Purpose of Agreement The purpose of this agreement is to establish clear expectations for all members of On Call for Change™ (OCC). By joining, members gain the benefits of affiliation with a professional advocacy network, while agreeing to uphold the integrity, reputation, and mission of OCC. These terms ensure that our collective work in maternal health advocacy and broader health equity is represented with professionalism, respect, and impact.

Terms and Conditions

1. Representation of On Call for Change Members may reference their OCC membership when attending Capitol Days, policy meetings, advocacy events, or community engagements. Members must represent OCC respectfully and professionally at all times, maintaining the integrity and mission of the organization.

2. Brand Use & Public Statements Members may not speak on behalf of OCC unless explicitly authorized in writing by OCC leadership. Any personal statements, opinions, or positions expressed during advocacy events should be made as an individual unless OCC leadership has approved an official position.

3. Professional Conduct OCC expects members to conduct themselves professionally, ethically, and respectfully when interacting with legislators, community partners, colleagues, or the public. Harassment, discrimination, or any behavior that could damage OCC's reputation may result in suspension or termination of membership.

4. Community Conduct Members agree to engage respectfully within all OCC community spaces including The Call Room. Sharing of misinformation, unauthorized solicitation, or content that conflicts with OCC's mission and values may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership. Members are expected to maintain the same standard of professionalism inside the community as they would in any professional advocacy setting.

5. Intellectual Property All content, resources, materials, frameworks, and curricula created and shared by On Call for Change are the intellectual property of OCC. This includes but is not limited to advocacy tools, training materials, community posts, and any resources distributed through OCC platforms. Members may not reproduce, distribute, repurpose, or share OCC content outside of OCC community spaces without explicit written permission from OCC leadership.

6. Disclaimer of Liability On Call for Change is not responsible for individual statements, actions, or commitments made by members. Members represent themselves unless formally designated as an OCC representative.

7. Membership Access & Benefits Membership grants access to OCC's resources, events, and community spaces including The Call Room. Benefits are subject to change as the organization grows and adapts to better serve its members. Members will be notified of any significant changes to membership benefits with reasonable advance notice.

8. Termination of Membership OCC reserves the right to revoke membership at any time if a member's actions conflict with the mission, values, or reputation of the organization. No refunds will be issued for terminated memberships.

9. Refund & Privacy Policy All membership fees are non-refundable. Member information will be kept private and not shared without consent, except as required by law.

10. Governing Law This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be addressed in good faith between the member and OCC leadership. OCC reserves the right to determine final resolution.

11. Electronic Consent By completing membership enrollment and submitting payment, members acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms in full without requiring a physical signature. This electronic agreement is legally binding upon enrollment.

By becoming a member, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the importance of protecting the credibility, reputation, and mission of On Call for Change.
